To make the Bulgaria country as Instra state country. the scope of the we need to make the destination coutry as Bulgaria.
Postal Code Length: 4
Tax Number 1: 9
VAT Reg Number: 10 characters max (but could be 9)

We won’t populate anything to do with banks, as we won’t need to know their bank details as they will be paying us, so I’m unsure of what to put in the 4 sections that mention bank

Also, not sure about what Tax Number 2 refers to, so maybe just put 9 in there as well.
